The African National Congress Women's League (ANCWL) congratulates the ANC National Spokesperson Cde Jessie Duarte on her appointment as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in the Presidency.
The (ANCWL) acknowledges progress made in addressing gender equality and representivity in the highest public office. The significant number of women appointed in high offices is testimony to our commitment to gender related matters and should serve as an example to both public and private institutions across society.
