ANC Today is a weekly online
publication of the African National Congress, published every Friday.
An exclusively web-based 'publication', it provides up-to-the-minute
information on the ANC's programmes, policies and perspectives on current
national and international issues. Among its regular features is a
column by the ANC President.
Umrabulo was used as a term to
inspire political discussion and debate on Robben Island. In the true spirit
of the ANC, this concept is being revived to assert our fundamental adherence
to the necessity for enriched discussion at all levels of organisation.
In this way, the programmes that we implement will be based on a solid
understanding of our options and our principles.
Umrabulo is produced quarterly by the Department of Political
Education and Training.
The ANC produces a Daily
News Briefing in text format. The Briefing is
a compilation of items from South African press agencies. It does
not reflect the views of the ANC and is offered purely as a service
to keep people informed about events in Southern Africa. Back issues
of previous years are also available.
