ANC NEC concludes visit to NW province

The African National Congress (ANC) confirms that the ANC NEC visited various regions of the ANC in the North West province to discuss the state of the organisation with membership as well as to review results of the 2009 elections.
This was in keeping with the ANC decision that the NEC should visit various provinces. The NEC of the ANC made no decision regarding the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) of the North West. Therefore, we refute the report by the ANCYL to this effect.
