PAC STARTS LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION CAMPAIGN

Pan Africanist Congress deputy president Dr Motsoko Pheko on
Saturday said the PAC was the only party which could liberate South
Africa.

SABC radio news reported less than 100 people arrived to hear
Pheko launch the PAC local government election campaign at the
Masiza Community Hall in Welkom, Free State.

Pheko said the PAC was against Section 121 of the Interim
Constitution, which prevented Africans from claiming their land as
they wished.
