FREEDOM FRONT WANTS FREE STATE VOTERS' ROLL INVESTIGATED

Free State Freedom Front leader Abrie Oosthuizen on Monday
urged local government MEC Ouma Motsumi to investigate alleged
voters' roll irregularities.

He claimed more than a fifth of information on some lists was
incorrect. This included family members with the same address being
registered in different wards, incorrectly spelt names, mismatched
initials and surnames and the names of people who had registered
not appearing on the roll.

"The voters' rolls should receive the attention of the
authorities," Oosthuizen said.
