ANC in Gauateng denies agreement on demarcation JOHANNESBURG July 18 Sapa The African National Congress in Gauteng has rejected claims that agreement had been reached on the demarcation of greater Johannesburg, SABC radio news reported on Tuesday. The party was reacting to reports that a three sub-structure model had been agreed. No further talks had been held with the National Party since last week's negotiations on demarcation broke down, the ANC said. ANC-aligned councillors in the greater Johannesburg transitional metropolitan council said the only proposal they were aware of was the one detailing four sub-structures.
