The New Cadre is a quarterly magazine of the ANC Parliamentary Caucus staff stationed in both Parliament and Parliamentary Constituency Offices countrywide. As a forum for internal communication, the publication seeks to enhance the involvement of staff in the affairs that affect them. The staff publication, among other things, communicates issues relating to employee benefits, working conditions, challenges facing staff, codes of best practice and general political education. It is issued at the beginning of every quarter.
