DAs Parliamentary Review is full of inaccuracies and distortions
The statement of the Democratic Alliance in its so called "Parliamentary Review" is fraught with inaccuracies, cooked-up statistics and ridiculous claims intended to mislead the public and exaggerate its performance in Parliament. Curiously and expectedly, the so called `Parliamentary Review` makes no mention of the DA`s clumsy leadership in Parliament, its indecisiveness on important transformative pieces of legislation and misconduct amongst its members in 2013, which made the mockery of their role and representation in the National Assembly this year.
DA`s insinuation that AG misled public in his reports outrageous
The DA continues to expose its political gimmicks and naivety when it fails to understand that government is elected to work to serve our people. It is in a normal course of the business of government to engage in business trips, accommodations and flights, etc.

The 2013 parliamentary year was one of the most significant in the history of this institution and the country, as it was the last year before the general elections and the momentous occasion of South Africa’s 20 years of democracy in 2014.

Mandela understood that racism and racially discriminatory practices degraded and dehumanised both the oppressed and the oppressors. Thus our national liberation struggle was waged for the liberation of all South Africans, both black and white. The struggle was not against white people. It was against the apartheid system.
