African National Congress Information on the Internet The African National Congress is committed to the free flow of information in South Africa. For this reason it makes available information about the ANC and South Africa on the Internet. You may also receive information from the ANC on a regular basis by subscribing to one or more of its mailing lists.

The ANC maintains three mailing lists:

(1) ANC Today

ANC Today is a weekly online publication of the African National Congress, providing up-to-the-minute information on the programmes, perspectives and policies of the movement on current national and international issues. Among its regular features is a column by ANC President, Thabo Mbeki.

The ANC produces a Daily News Briefing in text format. The Briefing is a compilation of items from South African press agencies. It does not reflect the views of the ANC and is offered purely as a service to keep people informed about events in Southern Africa. Back issues of previous years are also available.
