I am sending you the introduction etc., for my manuscript, together with a disk of entire manuscript, revised, on Wordstar 6.

I have not printed the manuscript again, as the revisions are mainly corrections of typing mistakes and some deletions. If you need it, I suppose you can have it printed in your office. If there is any problem, please send me a fax (Fax No. 1-212- 697-8660, attention reddy); I will then print it on my printer and mail it to you.

I have not deleted the printing commands in the disk, as I was afraid of messing it up. I suppose your people can do that. The commands are mainly for bold type (^PD), for indentation of quotations (.lm10 and 14), and for footnotes (^onf and ^ond) - and for italics (^PY) which may be useful to keep.

When this is published, we will need to send about 20 copies to the United Nations.
